Why and how exactly is this beneficial for companies from the EU?
The Council of the European Union has extended the validity period of zero customs duty on Ukrainian goods for another year.
But this does not exempt from payment of value-added tax for Ukrainian goods.
Therefore, Ukrainian product still becomes more expensive when it enters the European market.
But there is a legally approved possibility of cooperation in the production of goods from raw materials provided by a non-resident of the country. Many European companies already work according to this principle, in particular in the production of electrical circuit systems in the automotive industry.
In short, it looks as follows:
- a European company provides raw materials, for example, sheet metal (can be manufactured in the EU or exported, for example, from China or other countries);
- raw materials are delivered to our enterprise;
- after processing, the finished item is returned to the EU zone to the customer's company without double payment of value-added tax when crossing borders in the form of a finished product;
- the Customer company receives the product at a lower cost as it saves on wages, taxes, rents, etc.;
This, of course, involves additional work on the control over the movement of raw materials/goods and customs documentation, but this is not a problem, we take care of the entire process, including the option of opening our representative office in the EU.
Areas in which we are useful.
1. Construction business - every construction project requires the use of metal structures.
These are non-standard metal products and structures, from railings, fences, stairs, and decorative facade elements to spatial load-bearing trusses.
2. Furniture industry - small-scale and non-standard furniture accessories and metal parts of furniture.
3. Agricultural industry - parts of mechanisms and ready-made assemblies according to design drawings of agricultural machines.
For European manufacturers of grain warehouses (silos), it is appropriate at the moment of the great demand for such products to order from our enterprise since in Ukraine metal is much cheaper, so the customer saves on raw materials and terms of execution of such orders.
4. Novice entrepreneurs from the EU can implement their ideas, starting from drawing the item, and ending with finished products. The customer offers an idea, and we organize the production of such a product with the minimum cost and in the shortest possible time.
In Ukraine, it is very easy to open a new direction of production. The reform of local self-government authorities allows for obtaining all permits and licenses directly on the spot. For productive cooperation in the conditions of martial law, the local authorities provided the managers of the enterprise with the opportunity to freely leave abroad.
Migration processes forced the population to move from the destroyed cities of the east and south of Ukraine to the west, so qualified specialists are ready to continue working.
Our enterprise is located in a 30-kilometer zone, 13 km from the Uhryniv - Dolhobychuv crossing point on the P15 highway. It is a completely safe zone located on the main logistics routes.
We will also consider the implementation of joint projects on a partnership basis. There are land plots with an area of 6 hectares at the disposal of our company for the placement and maintenance of production and storage facilities, they are provided with energy supply and water. The Head of the Local Community is a pro-European activist and a friend of our company.

Receiving sketches or drawings
The customer provides sketches, drawings or layouts of the product they want to order

Processing the received task
After receiving the product layout from the customer, our engineers process the order.

Agreeing upon the deadline and the cost of the order
The next stage is the agreement with the customer on the cost and deadline for the execution of the order

Payment for the order
After agreeing with the customer upon the cost of the order and other attendant nuances, the customer pays for the order.
5
Receiving the finished product
When the order is fulfilled, the customer receives the finished product by a convenient and pre-agreed delivery method or pickup.
